The Institute uses a five phase collaborative research process that incorporates the insights of executives at key milestones during the research.
The research prospectus is a brief overview of the key components of a research study. The prospectus is the central "discussion document" used by the Institute, the participating organizations, and the research team to guide the project from conception to application.
The Institute research agenda was first established at the SUMMIT meeting in the summer of 2006. This executive driven research agenda focuses on questions and dilemmas that leaders of high performing organization face in trying to sustain high levels of performance and take their organizations to the next level.
Since the SUMMIT meeting, research projects have been completed or are in process with these high performing organizations. See the status of the current projects.
