The Performance Excellence Incubator is Colorado's first and only affordable, part-time program that provides C-level executives of small- to mid-sized organizations tangible methods to lead a sustainable transformation of their companies. With knowledge gained from PEI's accelerated program, CEOs, CFOs and COOs oversee changes to company processes that lead to greater profits, decreased expenditures, enhanced customer service and improved employee morale.

The PEI program is led by world-class business experts from the Monfort Institute who guide a peer group of executives through workshops based on the same high-performance approaches that have transformed Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient organizations nationwide.

Phase 1

This first phase of the Performance Excellence Incubator consists of six interactive, hands-on workshops with senior leader peers and the Monfort Institute team. Each workshop includes a one-day face-to-face session followed by online "post" workshop activities and consultations.  The six workshops and consultations are delivered over a period of one year at a cost of only $1,000 per month.  This is a fraction of the cost of consulting services!
