Sustainable Transformation Program Logo High Performance Health Care Logo

Today's enduring health care organizations continuously evaluate the needs of multiple stakeholders and transform themselves to meet and exceed those needs. These organizations make what we call a sustainable transformation to high performance.

Learn from Baldrige Award Recipients

Two recipients of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award are ready to help your health care organization accelerate on the path to high performance. The Center for Performance Excellence at Poudre Valley Health System (part of Poudre Valley Health System – 2008 recipient), and the Monfort Institute (part of the Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado – 2004 recipient) will give you actionable tools and best practices you can leverage immediately.

Two-Day Workshop

We offer a two-day HANDS-ON WORKSHOP that will help you learn what you need to do to transform your organization. We'll put you to work in a small group of your peers and with our help you will tackle your organization's performance issues. The workshop is packed with new insights from the Monfort Institute's research on recipients of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and best practices from Poudre Valley Health System's Center for Performance Excellence.

You will learn from world-class instructors and exchange best practices with your peers as you acquire the insights and tools you need to develop and deploy high-performing systems and processes. Included is a site visit to Poudre Valley Health System's state-of-the-art Medical Center of the Rockies and Q&A with Rulon F. Stacey, PhD, FACHE, President/CEO of Poudre Valley Health System and Chair Elect of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
