II. BAR Executive Roundtable on Workforce Engagement and the Workforce Environment (2 ½ hours). This will be an interactive session designed to create discussion around the following:

  • Workforce practices and measures
  • Work system design, core competencies, and work processes (Category 6)
  • Alignment with strategic objectives and action plans, driving innovation and resource management (Category 2)
  • Workforce Results (Category 7)

III. Welcome Session (4:00 -5:00 PM)

  • Welcome new recipients
  • Mission/Purpose
  • Vision
  • Key Success Factors

B. Value of BAR (30 minutes)

  • Monfort Institute services.
  • Develop relationships to foster learning, growth, and innovation
  • Participate in activities such as benchmarking, developing innovative solutions
  • Access to a knowledge base to improve performance
  • Discussion of the fall meeting (currently scheduled for October 1&2 in Nashville, TN)
