This workshop focuses on developing a learning system and culture for continuous improvement and high performance. It addresses performance analysis and review to identify the leverage points and system changes needed to address the root causes of performance gaps. Participants assess the learning characteristics of their organization's culture and develop plans for improving the systems and culture. Key leadership behaviors to facilitate a transition to a learning culture are explored and assessed.

Outcomes

  1. Understand how to create an organizational performance review (learning) system for continuous and improvement.
  2. Assess your organization's current learning culture.
  3. Assess your own learning and continuous improvement leadership behaviors.
  4. Make an improvement plan for learning systems and culture.
